Wijana attributes this surge to the mid-season conditions in October and anticipates further growth from November to January, projecting over 1.5 million visitors by year-end.

According to Wijana, they have integrated additional facilities into the master plan, overseen by the Badung Regency government. These enhancements include the expansion of the previously limited parking area, with preparations underway for a 2.5-hectare addition, acquired by Pecatu Village officers.

During Bali’s main high season, from July to September, room occupancy averaged around 85%. Experts predict that these rates will further increase during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
